Executive Forum with Tracy Page, Executive Vice President for Mulhaupts
February 6, 2026 11:30 am – 12:00 pm
Mitch Daniels School of Business, 403 Mitch Daniels Blvd, West Lafayette, IN 47907, USA
The Executive Forum is open to the public, as seating permits, and provides opportunities for the exchange of ideas and discussion of topics and issues facing business and management.
Tracy Page serves as Executive Vice President of Mulhaupts, Inc., a multi-disciplinary provider of integrated security, access control, overhead doors, architectural hardware, and life-safety solutions throughout Indiana. Founded in 1876, Mulhaupts has evolved from a small service shop into a trusted statewide leader offering hollow metal fabrication, commercial overhead doors, electronic security, locksmithing, and 24/7 technical support. Tracy plays a key role in shaping the company’s strategic direction, operational performance, and team development as it continues its long legacy of growth and service.
Tracy’s connection to Mulhaupts spans her entire professional journey. She began her career with the company in 1989 as a project manager and purchasing specialist, advancing into senior project management and corporate leadership roles. During her initial 14-year tenure, she managed multimillion-dollar contract hardware projects for major institutional clients including Purdue University, Indiana University, Eli Lilly & Co., Methodist Hospital, and state correctional facilities. She collaborated closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop hardware specifications, ensure code compliance, conduct field surveys, and deliver solutions that met life-safety, accessibility, and performance requirements.
In 2003, Tracy expanded her career into regional and national roles across the industry — serving as a specification consultant for Allegion, later consulting independently, and then joining ASSA ABLOY in increasingly senior architectural leadership positions. Over more than 20 years, she led consulting teams, developed architectural strategy, and supported specification practice across multiple markets before returning to Mulhaupts in 2024 to help guide the company’s continued advancement.
A graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design, Tracy maintains long-standing memberships with the Door and Hardware Institute (Hoosier Chapter), where she served as president, vice president, and secretary, and has contributed to committee and leadership initiatives. She is also an active member of the Construction Specifications Institute, the U.S. Green Building Council Indiana Chapter, and the Indiana Chapter of IIDA. Her professional involvement includes participation in continuing education programs and national leadership conferences, reflecting her commitment to knowledge-sharing and industry standards.
Tracy is also deeply engaged in her community. She serves as President Elect for the Associated Women Business Owners (AWBO), a 2026 Board Member for United Way, a Circle of 1875 Member for the Franciscan Health Foundation, and a Board Member for The Marquis Foundation.
Recognized for her ability to bridge technical expertise with organizational leadership, Tracy is passionate about industry education, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and developing high-performing teams. Her leadership approach is positive and collaborative, always keeping “ONE TEAM” in mind, ensuring alignment across people, projects, and organizational goals while navigating evolving code requirements, technology innovations, and customer expectations.
Tracy’s career and community engagement reflect a commitment to excellence, service, and building lasting impact — both within her organization and throughout the broader Indiana community.

Strategic Insights: Boring Wins: Why Consistency Is Your Most Powerful Marketing (and life) Tool
February 19, 2026 9:00 am – 10:00 am
Greater Lafayette Commerce, 337 Columbia St, Lafayette, IN 47901, USA
In a world that celebrates quick wins and viral moments, the most effective marketing is often the least flashy. Julie Koehrer, Branding and Marketing Consultant for WLQQ-Q106.7, will be hosting this session, which explores why consistency—not creativity alone—is what builds real momentum, lasting trust, and sustainable growth. We’ll talk about why building trust with your potential customers matters more than instant results, and how a common (but rarely named) obstacle (the fear of success) can hold businesses back. Many organizations hesitate to market consistently because they fear an overwhelming influx of customers. When in reality, marketing works more like planting a seed than flipping a switch. Attendees will walk away with a clearer understanding of how steady, intentional marketing creates confidence, credibility, and long-term success, both in business and in life.

How To Grieve Like a Victorian: A Reading with Amy Carol Reeves in Convo w/Agata Izabela Brewer & Josh Brewer
How To Grieve Like a Victorian: A Reading with Amy Carol Reeves in Convo w/Agata Izabela Brewer & Josh Brewer
February 21, 2026 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm
Main Street Books, 426 Main St, Lafayette, IN 47901, USA
Join us for a reading and conversation about How to Grieve Like a Victorian with author Amy Carol Reeves, in conversation with Agata Izabela Brewer and Josh Brewer.
“The story offers multiple points of appeal: a strong heroine who learns to live again after loss, a family mystery, a roguish cad who gets his comeuppance online and IRL, and the blossoming of more than one lovely romance, set in both the past and present. Reeves makes an excellent adult debut with this charming and often humorous exploration of love, grief, and moving on.”—Library Journal **STARRED REVIEW**
About the book: Dr. Lizzie Wells, professor of British literature and bestselling author, is not okay. She wasn’t consulted when her beloved husband died unexpectedly, so she’s going to grieve however she damned well chooses. Keeping a lock of his hair in a choker around her neck and donning widow’s weeds. You bet. Notifying colleagues and students that she will only accept paper letters instead of email. Why not? Very nearly kissing her late husband’s best friend, Henry. Unfortunately, er…yes.
So when she’s offered a trip to London, Lizzie grabs it. What better place to escape, heal, and be reborn than in the same city where Queen Victoria famously mourned her beloved Prince Albert? Encouraged by new friends to be bold, have champagne and oysters before noon, and celebrate the beauty and the messiness of life, Lizzie begins to embrace it all.
AMY CAROL REEVES has a PhD in nineteenth-century British literature and finds joy in teaching classes and writing. She’s published several academic articles as well as a young adult book trilogy about the Jack the Ripper murders in Victorian London. She lives in Indiana with her husband and three children. France A. Córdova Recreational Sports Center, 355 N Martin Jischke Dr, West Lafayette, IN 47906, USA
Event Description
Join the Asian American and Asian Resource and Cultural Center (AAARCC) for our 9th annual Lunar New Year Celebration on Saturday, February 28 from 11AM-2PM at the CoRec Gold & Black Gyms (335 N Martin Jischke Dr). This event is free and open to all Boilermakers. Celebrate arts, cultural festivals, and community during the Year of the Fire Horse! Learn about Lunar New Year and spring-month festivals, featuring performances and activity tables hosted by student organizations and campus units.
About Lunar New Year
Lunar New Year, observed by over 2 billion people around the world, is a 15-day celebration marking the arrival of spring and the beginning of the new year on the lunar calendar. The AAARCC hosts one of the largest Lunar New Year events in Indiana for all students to engage in their unique backgrounds, learn with peers about the ways different cultures express traditions, celebrate art and community, and communicate across differences.
Call for Activity Tables
We encourage registered student organizations and campus units from the Purdue West Lafayette and Indianapolis campuses to host an activity table! The activity tables showcase historical and modern Lunar New Year and spring-month festivities through exchanging crafts, games, languages, and traditions with other students. The AAARCC will collaborate with participating organizations to plan activity tables that include an activity, giveaway, and reflection component. To learn more about activity table guidelines and register your organization, please visit aaarcc.short.gy/LNYtable by Friday, January 16.
Call for Volunteers
We wouldn’t be able to host a successful Lunar New Year Celebration without the help of student volunteers! This is a great opportunity for students to connect with peers and positively impact the Boilermaker community. Student volunteers will develop skills in photography, customer service, event management, facilitating reflections, and more. All volunteers will undergo an onboarding process, so prior experience is not required. Please share this opportunity with students that you interact with or classes that you teach. If you would like to assign this volunteer opportunity as part of your class, please email us at aaarcc@purdue.edu. To learn more about volunteer opportunities and sign up for shifts, please visit aaarcc.short.gy/LNYvol by Sunday, February 1.
Please help us broaden the impact of the Lunar New Year Celebration by sharing the event, activity table, and volunteer opportunities with your students. We look forward to collaborating and learning with you at the celebration!
