Position Overview
Eradivir is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Research Associate, Discovery Biology
This position will leverage a variety of in vitro and in vivo studies to evaluate the efficacy of
novel molecules to support rapid, data-driven decision-making throughout the drug discovery
process. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced
biotech environment and contribute to the advancement of innovative therapeutics.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform mammalian cell culture, flow cytometry, ELISA, WB and other cell-based or
biochemical assays. - Design and execute in vitro assays to evaluate ligand binding, antibody-dependent
cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) and phagocytosis (ADCP) functions, and mechanism of
action. - Perform in vivo pharmacology studies, including disease model establishment, drug
dosing, blood collection, necropsy and tissue collection. - Perform ex vivo assays, including tissue dissociation, sample processing, and analysis.
- Collect, analyze, interpret, and document experimental data in a timely and accurate
manner. - Maintain detailed laboratory records and contribute to scientific reports and
presentations.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Immunology, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, or a related
life science field with 2+ years of relevant industry or academic research experience, or a
Master’s degree with relevant research experience. - Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture.
- Experience with flow cytometry and immunoassays (e.g., ELISA/MSD).
- Experience with animal handling and dosing.
- Experience with data analysis software such as FlowJo, GraphPad Prism, or similar tools.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred
- Experience with ADCC and/or ADCP assays.
- Experience with mammalian cell line engineering (e.g., stable cell line generation, gene
editing, or transfection). - Experience with disease model establishment, blood and tissue collection.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
